GO KI JEON 
1 lb. ground round
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 med. green onion, chopped
1 egg
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. pine nuts; optional
2-3 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten

Place the meat in a bowl; add salt, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, 1 egg, cornstarch, and pine nuts. Mix well.

Take a teaspoonful of meat mixture, shape into a ball, smaller than a golf ball, press to make a patty.

Coat the meat patty lightly with flour on both sides. Heat the frying pan, add 1 teaspoon of oil over medium high heat; dip the meat patty in well-beaten eggs and pan fry until light brown. Add oil as needed.

Garnish with parsley ad serve with dipping sauce.

DIPPING SAUCE:

1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. rice wine

Mix together.
