TERIYAKI BURGERS 
2 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tbsp. ginger

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Form into patties. Grill until desired doneness. Grill pineapple rings on grill and put on top of burgers when done. Serve on onion buns.
