TACO SALAD 
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can red beans or chili beans
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. flour tortillas, (Azteca brand)
Shredded lettuce
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Chopped onions
Chopped tomatoes

Brown meat and drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients except tortillas and simmer 20 minutes. Brown tortillas one at a time in a little oil. Drain on paper towel. Place on a plate. Layer meat and bean mixture, shredded lettuce, shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped onion and tomatoes. Top with salsa and serve.
