BAKED STUFFED QUAHOGS 
1/4 c. melted butter
3-4 med. onions, chopped
2 dozen quahogs, chopped
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained and chopped
Sm. pkg. stuffing mix
1-2 c. hot water

Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Add quahogs, stuffing, mix and hot water. Fill oiled scallop shells, bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 18-20. Can bake in pan if desired.
