8 oz. cream cheese
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. loaf white bread
1/2 stick melted butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix cheese, egg yolks, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Trim crusts from bread and roll out flat. Brush one side of bread with melted butter and fill other side with cream cheese mixture. Freeze on cookie sheet. When ready to bake, spray cookie sheet with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Roll up and dip in brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Great Christmas morning treat!
