CHEESE BLINTZES 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 loaf Pepperidge Farm very thin white bread

Cut crusts off bread and roll bread out very thin. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and egg until very smooth. Spread on rolled bread and roll up like a jelly roll. Mix together melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Coat jelly rolls with this mixture. Place in oblong pan and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. These can be rewarmed.
