LEMON GARLIC CHICKEN 
1 fryer (about 3 lbs.)
3/4 c. lemon juice
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
Scant tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper

Cut chicken into serving pieces. Dot with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, basting occasionally.

Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Return to oven and baste frequently while baking 30 minutes longer.
