TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 cut up onion
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. mixed vegetables
1 (2 lb.) bag tater tots

In large skillet saute onion and ground beef until brown. Add celery and mushroom soup. Salt and pepper to taste and continue to heat. Empty mixed vegetable into 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Pour skillet contents over it and top with tater tots. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
