SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. can kraut, drained 1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion 1 can celery soup 1 can mushroom soup 2 c. cheddar cheese 2 c. cooked "pulski" noodles Brown ground beef, onions, and drain juices. Boil noodles 2 minutes, drain in 8"x8" round casserole dish. Lay in one half of ground beef, lay in all the kraut, then lay in all of the noodles and pour in both cans of soup on the top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour, covered then uncovered for 10 minutes, then sprinkle all the cheese on and bake for 10 more minutes. |
