GOLDEN GLOW SALAD 
24 marshmallows (lg.)
1/2 c. pineapple juice (add water to make 1/2 c.)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. grated carrots
1 (5 oz.) jar pineapple cheese spread

1. Melt marshmallows in juice. Low heat. Stir until smooth.

2. Put Jello in bowl and add boiling water. Dissolve. Cool.

3. Mix pineapple, carrots and cheese spread. When Jello is cool. Mix all together and pour in 9 x 13 inch dish. Cover and chill several hours.
