1 sm. box lemon Jello
1 c. ground carrots
1 pt. hot water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 orange rind, grated

Mix Jello with water, add the rest of ingredients, stir and place in 7x9 inch pan. Chill in the refrigerator and serve.
