CHICKEN CURRY 
4 whole chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 or 2 chopped apples
2 tsp. curry powder
4 tbsp. butter

Simmer chicken in 1 1/2 cups water until tender. Remove meat from bone and cut into chunks. Melt butter. Add curry powder, apple, and onion. Saute for 15 minutes. Stir in undiluted soup. Thin with chicken broth until of sauce consistency. Add chicken and keep hot. Serve over rice or noodles.
