CALZONE I 
3 bread dough
3/4 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced thin
12 sweet Italian sausages
1/2 lb. deli pepperoni, sliced thin
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Let dough rise. Squeeze air out. Roll on floured counter to about 6x12-inches. Take sausage out of casing and fry in pan, cutting into small pieces. Drain.

On 1/2 side (lengthwise) of dough, put Provolone on for first layer, then pepperoni, sausage, Mozzarella cheese, and ending with Provolone on top. Fold dough over and pinch edge with the fold on the underside of greased cookie sheet. With pastry brush cover top of loaf and sides with cooking oil and sprinkle on garlic powder. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes until dough browns a bit. Cut in slices.
