BEEFY JOES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) beef gravy
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. salt
4 hamburger buns, split, toasted & butter

Brown beef in a skillet. Add celery and onions, cook until tender, stirring to separate meat. Add gravy, catsup and salt. Cook over low heat 15 minutes, stirring now and then. Serve on buns.
