CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper
1 cut-up fryer (chicken breasts are especially delicious)

Place rice on bottom of greased casserole. Lay chicken pieces on rice. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Combine cream of chicken soup and milk and pour over top. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Cover with foil for part of baking time. Serves 6.
