IRISH CREME 
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/4 c. whipping cream
1 1/2 c. whiskey
1 1/2 tbsp. Hershey syrup
1/4 tsp. coconut extract

Beat egg yolks until thick and creamy. Stir in other ingredients. Beat 1 minute. Add more extract to taste. Mellow for 7 days. Keeps two weeks in refrigerator.
