POLISH (IRISH) CREME 
1 1/2 c. whiskey (1 1/4 c. to start)
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 pt. whipping cream (or half and half)
2 eggs
3 to 4 tbsp. Hershey's chocolate syrup
3 to 4 tbsp. water
1/2 tbsp. vanilla

Mix in blender and chill. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
