LENTIL NUT LOAF 
1 c. lentils
1/2 c. nutmeats
1 egg
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. cornflakes or Wheaties
1/2 tsp. sage
Onion to taste
Salt to taste

Boil lentils until well done. Put nutmeats through food grinder. Beat the egg and add other ingredients to it. Put into greased baking dish. Bake 45 minutes in moderate oven (350 degrees). Approximately yield: 6 servings.
