CHRISTMAS NUT LOAF 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. dates, whole
1 lb. Brazil nuts, whole
1 lb. walnuts, whole
28 oz. whole cherries, drained
5 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

DO NOT CHOP NUTS OR FRUIT. Mix dry ingredients. Add nuts and fruit to coat with flour mix. Fold beaten eggs and vanilla mixture into flour mix. Mix with hands. Put in 3 loaf pans, 1/2 full (rises considerably). Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool well, cuts better after frozen.
