BEEF BROCCOLI PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/4 c. milk
3 oz. cream cheese, soft
1 beaten egg
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, well drained
2 pkg. crescent rolls
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese

In skillet, brown meat and onion. Stir in flour and salts. Add milk and cream cheese. Cook until thickened, a few minutes. Add small amount of meat mixture to beaten egg and return to skillet. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in cooked and well drained broccoli. Make pie shell of crescent rolls. Add meat mixture, top with cheese. Brush top crust with milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cover after 20 minutes, if getting too brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
