BROCCOLI SAUSAGE PIE 
10 oz. chopped broccoli
1/2 lb. light pork sausage
3 c. croutons
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 eggs
1 soup can of milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook broccoli and drain. Fry sausage, drain grease. Mix broccoli and sausage together. Set aside. Mix croutons and cheese together. Combine broccoli mix and crouton mix, place in a 13 x 9 inch greased pan. Mix milk, eggs and soup together and pour over broccoli mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until firm in the center.
