1 1/4 lb. ground beef (round)
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. dressing mix
1 egg
Dash salt and pepper
1/4 c. beefy mushroom soup

Mix and make in patties; brown. Add remainder of the can of soup and 1/4 cup water and simmer.
