2 tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
1/4 c. hot water
1 c. milk

In a sauce pan, mix cocoa, sugar, flour and salt together until blended. Add hot water and cook over low heat until ingredients are completely dissolved. Add milk and continue to cook on low heat until gravy boils and is thick.
