BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 head broccoli
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 med. green onions, diced
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts or sunflower seeds, chopped

Cut broccoli in small pieces including tender top stems. Peel larger stalks and dice. Add bacon and onions, nuts and raisins.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. white vinegar

Mix until well blended. Add to broccoli mixture.
