1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. butter flavored oil
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
4 qt. popcorn, popped
1 pkg. M&M'S®
Peanuts

Melt butter and oil in large saucepan. Add marshmallows, melt together. Mix popcorn and peanuts. Add marshmallow mixture and stir together well. Then add M&M'S® and stir gently. Press well into greased angel food cake pan. Let cool a couple of hours, then pour onto plate and slice.
