PUMPKIN CRUNCH 
1 cup milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can pumpkin
1 package yellow cake mix
1 1/2 sticks of butter
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Mix eggs, milk, sugar, pumpkin, and spices. Pour into 9 X 13 baking pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top. Drizzle melted butter over cake mix and sprinkle nuts on top.

Bake 1 hour at 350°F.
