GLAZED BACON 
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. red or white wine

Having a brunch? Weekend company? Try this, they'll never forget you.

Put bacon in 9 1/2 x 13 inch pan and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Drain off fat. Bacon should be almost crisp. Do not under bake it. In small bowl, mix sugar, mustard and wine until smooth. Pour half of glaze over bacon and return to oven. Bake another 10 minutes. Turn bacon, cover with remaining glaze and continue to bake until golden brown. Remove and place on waxed paper. Serve warm or cooled.
