BACON QUICHE 
1 lb. bacon, crispy fried and crumbled
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 c. yellow Cheddar cheese, grated
4 eggs
2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash of red pepper for color
1 pie crust, not baked

Prepare pie crust. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and cheese. Combine eggs, half and half, salt, pepper and red pepper. Mix well. Pour egg mixture over bacon and cheese.

Cook uncovered in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees and remain cooking for about 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Let set 5 minutes before cutting.

This is good for a change in your menu. Try sausage instead of bacon also, or combine the two.
