BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1/2 bag frozen broccoli 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. butter 1 can condensed cream of broccoli soup 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt 5 c. boiling water In a 9x13 inch pan, combine rice, broccoli, salt, butter, soup, cheese and salt. Pour boiling water over all. Mix well. Cover. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is done. Cut into individual servings. Yield: 8 to 10 servings. |
