PUMPKIN PIE 
For 1 pie:

1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 or 1 1/2 c. milk
1 level tsp. cornstarch (sometimes)

For 2 pies:

4 1/2 c. pumpkin
3 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. molasses
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. milk

Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 40 minutes or until set. Cool.
