STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 recipe pie crust
1 qt. strawberries
1 tbsp. tapioca
1 c. sugar
Butter

Wash and hull strawberries, but leave the berries whole. Use any pie crust recipe. Roll out dough and line bottom of pie plate. Mix strawberries with cup of sugar and tablespoon tapioca. Pour into crust and dot with butter. Then cover iwth a top crust and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 425 degrees, then lower temperature to 375 degrees and continue baking about 20 to 25 minutes longer.
