SWEDISH KRINGLER 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. water

Mix like pie crust. Pat on cookie sheet in 2 long strips 3 inches wide. 1/2 c. flour 3 eggs 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Put water in saucepan with butter, heat to boiling point. As you take from flame add the flour and stir until smooth. Stir in eggs, one at a time and beat well after adding each egg. Add almond extract and spread on first mixture. Bake 55-60 minutes in 350 degree oven.

When cool, frost with 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon butter, 1/2 teaspoon almond extract and enough cream to make it the right consistency for spreading.
