CREAM AU GRATIN POTATOES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup (or mushroom)
3 oz. cream cheese
4 c. frozen hash browns

Grease casserole. In saucepan cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in soup and cream cheese cubes and melt. In casserole alternate potatoes and hot cream sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour, covered. Can sprinkle shredded cheese on top when done if desired.
