GREAT GRANDMA'S PASTA AND BEANS 
Make a fine sauce; fry garlic and onions in oil until brown. Then add 1 (29 oz.) can crushed tomatoes. Add salt and pepper, chopped celery (already cooked).

Cook the sauce for awhile about 1/2 hour. When the sauce is done add the beans 2 (8 oz.) (WHITE KIDNEY OR CANNELLINI) juice and all.

Then add 1 pound cooked pasta - cook aldente (I prefer Ditalini pasta) small chopped type.

Let stand for awhile, it will thicken.

Let the sauce be watery.
