GREEN BEAN - CORN CASSEROLE | |
2 cans French style green beans 2 cans white niblets corn 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine 3/4 c. celery, chopped fine 3/4 c. grated cheese 1/2 c. mayonnaise (Top with 1/2 c. butter & 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing) Drain vegetables well; add and mix all ingredients. Put in greased casserole and top with a mixture of 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, uncovered. (If it gets too brown, put foil over top, but be sure to put slits in foil so it does not steam.) Half of recipe does well for 6 people. |
