THE REUBEN PIE 
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. soft rye bread crumbs (more than 1 slice)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 can (8 oz.) sauerkraut, drained and snipped
1/2 lb. ground chuck
12 oz. corned beef, flaked (Armour Star)
4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1 deep dish pie crust shell, 9 inch
