POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
1 chicken (boiled and boned)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. broth from chicken
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1 tbsp. dehydrated onions

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Mix last 4 ingredients together. In a casserole dish; layer 1/4 of the cracker crumb mix. Then, on top of this, layer 1/2 of the chicken mixture. Finish by alternating layers ending with crumb mix.

Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes until bubbly.
