CARROT - APPLE CASSEROLE 
5 to 6 carrots, sliced thin, cook 5 minutes
5 apples, cored & sliced, skins too

Butter a 9 x 9 inch pan or casserole dish. Place drained sliced carrots in bottom of pan, apples on top. Sprinkle with: 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Mix these together. Pour 1/3 cup orange juice and 3 tablespoons butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
