OLIVE SALAD 
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 c. green stuffed olives
1 c. black olives
1/2 c. roasted peppers
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar

Chop olives and mix all ingredients. Refrigerate. Make 24 hours before serving.
