LOLITA'S GREEN RICE 
1 1/2 stalks celery
1 sm. bell pepper
2 to 3 green onions with tops
1/3 c. parsley
1/4 stick butter
Scant tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3/4 c. uncooked rice, cooking pkg. directions

Finely chop celery, bell pepper, green onions and parsley. Saute in butter. Add dried basil and black pepper and cook until vegetables are tender. Gently stir in boiled rice.
