MOM'S GREEN RICE 
1 c. rice, uncooked
1/2 c. oil
1 c. grated Velveeta
1/2 c. milk
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 med. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 or 2 eggs
Salt and pepper

Put onion, green pepper, garlic and parsley through food chopper. Add milk, eggs, oil and cheese to cooked rice. Add rest of ingredients. Bake 45 minutes at medium temperature.
