MICROWAVE MEATBALLS 
Combined preparation and cooking time: 15 minutes.

Makes 7 to 10 meatballs.

1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Form into 7 to 10 meatballs. Arrange the meatballs in a circle in a 9-inch glass pie plate. Cover with waxed paper. Cook on high in the microwave oven for 7 minutes. Turn the plate halfway around after about 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
