CARAMEL BROWNIES 
1 box Duncan Hines Swiss chocolate cake mix
6 oz. bag Nestles chocolate chips
1 can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
3/4 c. butter
1 bag caramels, unwrapped

Melt butter, mix with dry cake mix and 1/2 cup of evaporated milk. Bake half of mixture at 350 degrees for 6 minutes in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Add layer of chocolate chips. Melt caramel, 1/3 cup evaporated milk in microwave until melted. Pour caramel over top and top with remaining mixture. Crumble over top. Bake 16 to 18 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
