LUBIE 
1 lb. lamb, cubed
1 onion, cut up
1 clove garlic, cut up
1 lb. fresh green beans
1 can tomato paste
1 dash of salt, pepper, cinnamon

Brown meat, then add onions and garlic. Fry for a few minutes more. String and wash beans, cut into 2 inch pieces. Add beans to meat mixture. Season with salt, pepper, cinnamon. Add 1/4 can of tomato paste. Cover with water and simmer until beans are tender.

RICE:

1 c. rice
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt and cinnamon
Orzos - handful

Melt butter in saucepan, add Orzos; saute until brown. Add rice, salt, and cinnamon. Add water to cover rice. Cook about 20 minutes until rice is done. Serve Lubie over rice.
