FOUR CHEESE PASTA AND BEEF | |
8 oz. penne or other tube pasta 1 lb. ground beef 1 can DelMonte chunky pasta style stewed tomatoes 1 c. sliced green onion 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (optional) Cook pasta and drain. Set aside. In skillet brown meat, add salt and pepper to taste. Drain fat. Add tomatoes. Cook uncovered, until slightly thickened. Stir in onions, and cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Toss and cover 2 minutes to melt cheese. Serves 4 to 6. Cooking and meat can be substituted with other kinds of meat. |
