SMOTHERED CHICKEN 
3 chicken breasts
2 tbsp. garlic salt
1 stick butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. sour cream

Place chicken breasts in baking dish with Wesson oil on bottom. Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper on chicken. Place butter on top of chicken breasts. Add 2 cans cream of mushrooms soup and 1 tablespoon sour cream. Bake for 1 hour. Sprinkle with French fried onions.
