SPAGHETTI MEAT SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 can whole tomatoes
6 lg. bay leaves
1 tsp. sugar mixed with 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

In large pot season meat well, brown meat. Remove meat. In remaining grease, saute celery and bell pepper on medium heat. For 5 minutes add onions, cook 5 more minutes. Stir often. Add tomato paste and garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce stir and cook 5 minutes. Pour in water. Add ground meat and bay leaves, sprinkle sugar in sauce. Cover, cook slowly 1/2 to 1 hour. Remove bay leaves. Serve on spaghetti.
