FIPPY BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 4 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni 10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup 3/4 c. milk 2/3 c. catsup 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped 1 - 2 tbsp. instant minced onion 1 tsp. salt 1 c. potato chips, crushed Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and stir meat until brown. Drain fat. Cook macaroni; drain. In ungreased pan place all except potato chips. Cover and bake 40 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with potato chips an bake 5 minutes longer. Good! |
