2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa

Melt stick butter and 1/4 cup shortening in pan, add 4 tablespoons cocoa, let it all come to boil and boil 1 minute. Add to the above and mix and bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

ICING:

1 stick butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk

Mix all and bring to boil 1 minute. Take off stove and add powdered sugar, enough to thicken. Spread on cake while hot.
