POULTRY SEASONING MIX 
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. marjoram
1 tbsp. thyme
1 tbsp. rosemary
1 tbsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. celery salt

Combine ingredients and store in container with tight-fitting lid. Use amount desired in cooking or frying poultry. Makes 1/3 cup mix.
